What you'll do

• Collaborate on individualized goals
• provide direct support for skill development, independence, and recreational and community participation
• use approved behavioral strategies while respecting rights and service plans
• document services and interventions accurately and daily
• assist with daily living, transportation, mobility, and safety
• administer and document medications according to the six rights
• complete required training and communicate concerns.
