Site Attendant, Swing Shift

The Site Attendant role is onsite in Fullerton, CA, working Friday–Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with a $1 swing-shift differential. Illumination Health + Home provides recuperative care, emergency shelter, housing, and family services to address homelessness. The attendant helps maintain a safe, clean, and supportive site by assisting clients, conducting wellness checks, enforcing facility rules, preparing meals, completing sanitation tasks, and supporting transportation and facility operations.

What you'll do

• Assist with client intakes and discharges
• conduct wellness checks and facility walk-throughs at least every two hours
• use de-escalation techniques as needed
• prepare and serve meals
• clean and sanitize rooms and common areas
• follow biohazard protocols
• transport clients and maintain logs
• inspect and sanitize vehicles.
