What you'll do

• Oversee MDS and reimbursement operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities
• audit compliance and reimbursement
• review assessments, care plans, documentation, and reports
• monitor PDPM, case mix, quality measures, and reimbursement
• mentor facility teams
• provide education
• support survey readiness and corrective actions
• analyze trends and lead process improvements.
