What you'll do

• Partner with leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning, performance, and talent decisions
• build company-wide performance management practices
• coach leaders through employee relations, performance, team dynamics, and organizational change
• develop scalable HRBP frameworks and tools
• partner on organizational design, succession planning, internal mobility, and talent needs
• use people data and employee insights to identify risks and measure initiatives
• lead cross-functional people initiatives.
