HVAC Manager (General Manager / License Holder)

The HVAC Manager position is onsite in Columbia, SC, with a stated compensation range of $90,000–$130,000 base salary plus performance bonuses and an equity opportunity. The role will help launch and grow a new residential HVAC operation serving the Columbia market. What you'll do

• Lead daily HVAC service and installation operations
• schedule and supervise technicians and installers
• manage project timelines, labor allocation, and workflow
• ensure workmanship and code compliance
• oversee permitting and inspections as required
• develop technicians
• build customer, vendor, and supplier relationships
• assist with hiring
• support sales consultations and system recommendations
• establish operational systems
• partner with ownership on business growth.
