What you'll do

• Build and maintain dealer relationships
• coordinate between dealers, outside sales representatives, and auction personnel
• handle customer interactions and concerns
• make outbound sales calls
• discuss inventory needs and upcoming auctions
• advise dealers on pricing using market valuation data
• explain digital tools and services
• support auction-day activities
• analyze auction reports
• log interactions and follow-ups in the CRM
• meet call and sales targets.
