The Construction Coordinator is an onsite role in Nashville, TN, with an hourly range of $30.67–$52.79. The Metro Nashville Airport Authority supports Nashville International Airport, a regional gateway and a major contributor to Middle Tennessee’s economy. The coordinator supports major construction projects and manages minor architectural and civil projects under the Manager of Construction. The role helps move airport capital projects through planning, procurement, construction, compliance, and close-out.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day operations of major construction projects, including design support, procurement, schedule tracking, submittals, RFIs, field changes, correspondence, and pay applications
• coordinate designers, contractors, and stakeholders
• maintain project records and reports
• support meetings, contract administration, budget tracking, quality, safety, security, risk management, and project close-out.
