The Packaging Maintenance Technician, 2nd Shift role is onsite in Wayne, NJ, with a full-time schedule from 3:30 p.m. to midnight. Compensation is $32 per hour. The technician joins a manufacturing team and helps maintain safe, efficient, and reliable production equipment. The role operates, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains packaging equipment to reduce downtime and support production. It also performs equipment changeovers with assistance, follows safety and quality procedures, and identifies breakdowns and hazards.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on packaging equipment
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• perform equipment changeovers with assistance
• identify and report breakdowns and safety hazards
• follow cGMPs, safety, housekeeping, environmental, and lockout/tagout procedures
• interpret equipment diagrams, gauges, graphics, and tables.
