What you'll do

• Oversee assigned facilities and directly supervise Food Service Directors
• support company and facility policies
• coordinate with dietitians on regulatory requirements
• maintain quality assurance processes and client relationships
• plan and review unit budgets and financial results
• support bids, contract changes, and new-account transitions
• audit food production, sanitation, purchasing, safety, payroll, and records
• and assess staff training and development needs.
