Automotive Inspection Lead — 1st Shift

What you'll do

• Manage safe movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center
• meet production goals
• oversee and coach assigned associates
• communicate expectations and performance goals
• resolve team conflicts
• monitor compliance with systems and procedures
• review mechanical and physical defects
• partner with the General Manager on repair or rejection decisions
• train associates in quality-control standards
• help minimize rework and production delays
• maintain safe shop conditions.
