What you'll do

• Manage accounts receivable for assigned payors
• analyze and resolve denials, appeal rejected claims, and correct billing discrepancies
• follow up on overdue claims
• review EOBs and report payment discrepancies or trends
• document collection and resolution activity in Epic
• respond to patient billing inquiries and discuss payment plans
• monitor credit balances and initiate refunds or write-offs
• verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• maintain knowledge of oncology coding standards.
