What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, install, service, and repair Trace, X-ray, CT X-ray, and cargo inspection equipment at customer sites
• complete scheduled maintenance and document inspections and repairs
• respond to emergency and unscheduled service calls within response goals
• manage parts and inventory
• maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment
• provide customer training as required
• follow up with customers
• prepare reports
• maintain technical certifications
• comply with health, safety, environmental, export-control, and security requirements.
