The role supports manufacturing by assisting with mold and die changeovers, machine startups, adjustments, and preventive maintenance. With training from Process Technicians, the employee develops the skills to take the lead on setups and help maintain product quality and safe production.

What you'll do

• Assist with mold and die changeovers under Process Technician guidance
• learn machine startups, adjustments, and preventive maintenance
• check product quality using gauges and measuring tools
