The role prepares batches by weighing and mixing raw materials according to batch sheets, then supports product quality and production readiness through sampling, equipment operation, documentation, and communication with production.

What you'll do

• Measure, weigh, and down-fill chemicals
• weigh materials for batches
• set up and monitor mixing tanks, vessels, and mixers
• operate production equipment
• clean equipment as needed
• transfer finished product into drums and totes
• return chemicals to inventory with proper weights
• complete batch documentation and paperwork
• submit finished samples to the lab
• monitor batch temperatures
• communicate batch completion to production
• and assist with warehouse stocking as needed.
