What you'll do

• Complete work orders
• assist with move-in and move-out details
• prepare and repair rooms for resident use
• repair plumbing fixtures, electrical apparatus, and appliances
• maintain clean and sanitary floors
• install and remove doors and repair locks
• and perform wall texturing, painting, wall repairs, and wallpapering.
