What you'll do

• Implement company policies and procedures
• assist employees with problems, complaints, and conflicts
• support management with counseling, corrective actions, performance appraisals, and terminations
• interview employees during investigations
• maintain and communicate personnel policies
• manage personnel records and data entry
• and oversee the new-hire training program. Directly supervise up to nine employees.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m., with Saturdays as needed. A bachelor’s degree is desired, or one to two years of related HR experience or training, or an equivalent combination. English/Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.
