What you'll do

• Lead, train, and motivate the nursery team
• plan and oversee planting, pruning, digging, staking, and plant health
• support seasonal planning and schedules
• identify pests and disease and recommend solutions
• operate equipment such as tractors and skid steers
• help with winter snow operations
• perform Assistant Snow Route Manager duties during winter as required.
