What you'll do

• Perform electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repairs
• complete plumbing repairs and installations
• inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• repair facility equipment, structures, furnishings, and fixtures
• perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance
• complete carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks
• maintain shop areas, parts, and work-order documentation.
