What you'll do

• Maintain plumbing systems and develop or update preventive maintenance instructions
• assemble, install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, heating, water, and drainage systems
• inspect, troubleshoot, clean, reassemble, and test pumps and mechanical equipment
• interpret schematics
• conduct failure assessments and safety inspections
• fabricate or adjust mechanical parts
• report equipment status
• operate listed lifts and material-handling equipment
• track work tickets
• follow applicable codes and regulations.
