The Field Service Technician (Beverage) is an onsite role based in Hudson, WI. The base pay range is $31 to $45 per hour. This position supports the service team at GEA Group, a global leader in engineering solutions, by providing technical support for beverage and brewery systems. The role exists to deliver exceptional after-sales service and technical support across the full lifecycle of equipment, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization. The technician represents GEA at customer sites, ensuring high-quality service and reliable equipment performance.

What you'll do

• Assists with installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of beverage filling and liquid processing equipment.
• Performs planned and emergency maintenance.
• Delivers professional, high-quality service.
• Builds trust and fosters long-term customer relationships.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs GEA equipment.
• Provides technical support for mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
• Provides basic operator training.
• Proactively identifies service opportunities.
• Prepares detailed service documentation.
• Adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
