• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, sales, customer success, and general and administrative roles. Build hiring processes, structured interview loops, playbooks, recruiting tools, and metrics

• manage screening, scheduling, offers, and candidate experience
• partner on workforce planning and compensation benchmarking
• and develop AI-supported recruiting workflows.
