The Assistant General Manager, Fine Dining | Wine & Beverage Leadership role is an onsite, full-time position in San Francisco, CA, with a base salary of $100,000–$110,000 per year plus 10% bonus potential. The role supports the leadership team of an acclaimed fine dining restaurant and partners with the General Manager to oversee operations and beverage programming. This role helps deliver exceptional hospitality by leading front-of-house operations, developing the service team, and managing wine and beverage programming. It also contributes to restaurant performance through beverage purchasing, inventory and cost controls, guest service, and financial analysis.

What you'll do

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations
• lead and develop service employees
• maintain service standards and support guest relations
• oversee wine and beverage purchasing, inventory, cost controls, wine list development, and staff education
• provide guest wine recommendations
• support restaurant financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
• assist with private dining, events, and holiday programming.
