Direct Support Professional (Part-Time)

• Monitor and document medications
• assist with medical care and transportation as needed
• support daily living skills and person-centered learning
• maintain supervision and a safe, clean household environment
• prepare or assist with meals
• document progress and incidents
• participate in activities
• respond to crises
• maintain respectful relationships with individuals and families
• complete required training.
