• Support electrical and instrumentation engineering and manage mill capital and major repair projects
• provide day-to-day technical support and power systems expertise
• develop capital and repair plans
• manage projects from evaluation through commissioning and documentation
• coordinate external contractors and vendor agreements
• support financial decisions
• maintain engineering documentation
• mentor junior engineers, interns, and co-ops
• promote safety and environmental initiatives
• participate in cross-functional teams.
