Wastewater Project Manager

The Wastewater Project Manager is based at BETA’s preferred Norwood, MA office, with a hybrid schedule that may allow remote work up to two days per week. Compensation is $112,000–$160,000 per year. The role supports BETA’s one-water practice and municipal and public-sector clients. The manager leads wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects from planning through construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulators. The role contributes technical leadership, project delivery, staff development, and growth of the practice.

What you'll do

• Manage wastewater projects through scope, budgeting, scheduling, design, permitting, bidding, and construction
• lead multidisciplinary teams
• oversee treatment processes and related infrastructure
• direct plans, reports, specifications, and contract documents
• provide quality assurance
• mentor staff
• manage client relationships, contracts, and project finances
• support business development.

Why this role
