What you'll do

• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• ensure quality resident care and safety
• provide clinical guidance and assist with assessments as needed
• respond to resident, staff, and family concerns
• coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• assist with admissions, discharges, and change-of-condition documentation when needed.

Why this role

Evening shift options are 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM; schedule is five days per week and includes every other weekend. Active state LPN or RN license required; long-term care or skilled nursing and leadership experience preferred.
