What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire pre-owned vehicles through trade-ins, dealer purchases, auctions and other channels
• assess marketability, reconditioning costs, market values and profitability
• build acquisition relationships and sources
• oversee reconditioning through front-line readiness
• coordinate service, body, detail and outside vendors
• monitor costs, quality and timelines
• guide pricing, positioning and inventory aging
• lead digital merchandising and monitor marketplace performance.
