What you'll do

• Review insurance policies, explanations of benefits, and medical documentation
• resolve medical-record requests for claims processing, audits, and authorized external entities
• maintain audit logs and perform internal quality assurance audits
• manage patient medical records for insurance, private individuals, and government entities related to home medical equipment
• communicate with patients, families, physicians’ offices, and internal teams
• handle calls, faxing, and email
• and report concerns to the Revenue Cycle Manager and Supervisor.
