What you'll do

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with the treatment team and Clinical Supervisor
  • provide individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions and skill-building
  • attend weekly treatment team meetings
  • connect clients and families with services and resources
  • liaise with professionals, agencies, and community resources
  • document interactions, plans, and progress
  • recruit referrals
  • provide 24/7 on-call support as required by the program
  • comply with state regulations and COA standards.
