What you'll do

• Manage construction and related litigation matters
• conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda
• handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• participate in arbitrations, mediations, and court proceedings
• assist with dispute resolution and settlements, including insurance and design defect claims
• coordinate paralegals and support staff
• and communicate with partners, clients, and internal teams.
