Area Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Provide regional technical support and troubleshoot high-priority maintenance issues
• guide on-site teams
• perform and assist with preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generators, and life-safety systems
• conduct building assessments and inspections
• support unit turns and minor renovations
• track work orders and documentation
• assist with compliance and audits
• coordinate vendors
• recommend repairs, replacements, and capital planning.
