What you'll do

• Validate commission calculations, earnings, quotas, credits, and attainment
• support monthly, quarterly, and annual processing and payout audits
• investigate inquiries and disputes
• partner with Payroll on payments
• review adjustments and exceptions
• analyze sales and commission data
• maintain reports and dashboards
• reconcile source-system data
• support incentive compensation platforms, testing, and deployments
• follow compensation policies, SOX controls, governance, and audit standards
• support plan rollouts and process automation.
