• assist with tax planning, structuring, and transactional analysis
• support audit defense, administrative proceedings, and tax litigation
• conduct legal research and analysis
• draft memoranda and correspondence
• manage matters through resolution
• collaborate across offices and practice groups
• and maintain client relationships.
