Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor role is an onsite position located in King Of Prussia, PA. Compensation is not specified for this role, which supports the Starbucks retail team in leading store operations. This role exists to lead with craft and heart, making the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for directing the work of others and ensuring store standards are met during their shift.

What you'll do

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of two or more employees.
