What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of litigated claims and prepare cases for trial, including developing case-specific defense strategies
• attend depositions, hearings, and mediations
• analyze discovery, medical records, expert defense strategy, and motion practice
• research legal issues and investigate people, businesses, and worksites
• draft briefs, memoranda, and client updates.
