What you'll do

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• develop and manage budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, change orders, and financial performance
• coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, resources, schedules, and deliverables
• serve as a primary customer contact and resolve challenges
• participate in estimating, proposals, Design-Build coordination, value engineering, and negotiations.
