Outbound Lead — eCommerce Fulfillment

The Outbound Lead — eCommerce Fulfillment role is onsite in Bolingbrook, IL, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8 AM–5 PM and Saturday and overtime as needed. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. PBD Worldwide provides third-party logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, and shipping services. The lead owns outbound order execution so eCommerce orders ship on time, accurately, and in line with client packaging and carrier requirements. The role coordinates pack stations, parcel carriers, shipping documentation, and cross-functional teams while tracking exceptions and reporting performance.

What you'll do

• Track outbound orders against cutoffs and service-level commitments
• escalate at-risk orders
• coordinate pick-and-pack priorities
• manage parcel carrier manifests and dock pickups
• resolve manifest errors and late pickups
• maintain client packaging standards and carrier selection
• conduct pre-shipment quality checks
• verify tracking, packing slips, and labels
• log shipping exceptions
• report weekly compliance and performance
• coordinate with supervisors, receiving, and account managers.
