What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), develop and maintain individualized treatment plans, provide face-to-face supervision for assigned clients, oversee a team of BCaBAs and RBTs, conduct parent training, and ensure compliance with BACB ethical codes and HIPAA policies.
