Intelligence Recruiter & Sourcing Strategist (Hybrid)

The Intelligence Recruiter & Sourcing Strategist role is hybrid in Columbia, MD, with most work performed remotely and an expectation of working in the office one to two days per week. Compensation is $65,000–$135,000 per year. The role is part of Quevera’s Talent Acquisition team. The recruiter sources, engages, screens, and recruits technical and security-cleared professionals for difficult-to-fill positions. The role builds candidate pipelines and manages candidates through hiring while using sourcing research, recruiting data, and emerging tools to improve talent identification and recruiting efficiency.

What you'll do

• Own full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing and outreach through screening, interviews, offers, and hire
• source technical and security-cleared candidates
• identify passive candidates
• develop targeted sourcing strategies
• use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray searches, job boards, networks, and referrals
• research talent markets
• build and maintain pipelines
• screen candidates and present qualified candidates
• maintain ATS records and track recruiting metrics
• partner with recruiters and hiring managers
• develop sourcing techniques and processes
• research and implement AI tools and automation
• support referrals, networking, recruiting events, and talent communities.
