Wellness Coordinator, Part-Time

The Wellness Coordinator, Part-Time role is onsite at Hydration Room’s Goleta clinic in Goleta, CA. It involves two to three shifts per week, including at least one weekend shift, with scheduling availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Pay is a $23.00 hourly base rate plus tips averaging $1–$4 per hour. The coordinator supports patients and the Registered Nurse (RN) in the clinic. The coordinator provides a welcoming patient experience while handling check-in, administrative tasks, and clinic coordination. The role supports the RN, helps maintain supplies and a clean environment, and assists patients with questions, appointments, and payments.

What you'll do

• Check in patients and verify paperwork
• answer questions, offer refreshments, schedule appointments, and process payments
• support the RN and clinic opening or closing
• perform administrative, clerical, and technical tasks
• manage calls and document them
• maintain clinic and nursing supply inventory
• learn basic treatment information
• promote service packages and memberships
• protect patient confidentiality and dignity
• follow cleanliness protocols
• assist with training new staff and report facility issues.
