Security Systems Service Technician

What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial access control, video surveillance, intrusion, intercom, fire, and related low-voltage systems
• respond to service calls
• perform preventive maintenance and testing
• replace and upgrade components
• program and configure systems

• communicate with customers
• coordinate with supervisors, dispatch, and technical support
• maintain parts and tools
• train customers
• recommend enhancements
• participate in on-call rotations and emergency response as required.
