What you'll do

• Provide personal care under nurse supervision

• support hygiene, meals, ambulation, independence, and mental alertness
• provide emotional support
• perform routine housekeeping related to client safety and comfort
• prepare visit reports
• coordinate visits and communicate changes to the supervisor.
