What you'll do

• Perform framing, trim, cabinetry, and installation work
• work alongside the crew and organize daily job-site activities
• run residential remodeling projects from kickoff to completion
• interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• guide and support crew members and trade partners
• communicate professionally with homeowners and the production manager
• keep projects on schedule and address delays
• solve job-site problems
• maintain a clean, safe, organized site
• help plan and organize materials
• follow local building codes and safety requirements.
