What you'll do

• Recruit and identify qualified candidates
• build and maintain a candidate pool and support interviewing, hiring, and placement
• provide applicant and employee updates
• conduct orientations and client check-ins as needed
• complete office tasks and maintain applicant tracking system records
• coach candidates and employees
• follow up with clients on attendance and performance
• meet clients and attend tours or service reviews as needed
• communicate employee conduct issues according to company policy.
