Pay is $16.97–$17.97 per hour. The role supports Dal-Tile’s tile production operations. The floater inspects finished tile for shade, quality, and visual defects, removes defective product, monitors equipment and reports issues, and follows operating and safety procedures. The role also provides coverage across assignments and departments when employees are absent or staffing needs arise.
