What you'll do

• Encourage and support home activities
• assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light cleaning
• maintain a safe living environment
• accompany the individual to social events, grocery shopping, and appointments
• promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization
• complete daily progress notes.
