What you'll do

• Greet guests
• process ticket, gift card, and merchandise sales using the POS system
• assist with online bookings, walk-in reservations, and waivers
• prepare guests for entry with wristbands, footwear, and directions
• answer questions and direct guests to attractions
• maintain and restock the front desk area
• follow register procedures
• handle guest comments and complaints professionally
• sanitize kiosks, counters, and bathrooms.
