The Resident Assistant (Caregiver) — Memory Care and Assisted Living role is onsite in Mount Juliet, TN. Compensation is $18 per hour. Goodworks Unlimited’s resident-care team supports residents in their homes and works toward resident and family satisfaction. The assistant provides personal support and supervision while encouraging residents to participate in their own care and remain as high functioning as possible. The role also helps maintain a safe, respectful living environment through monitoring, communication, meal support, and household tasks.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, walking, toileting, and other personal needs
• encourage participation in care
• respond to incidents and report them
• communicate changes in condition to staff and supervisors
• answer resident pages
• perform laundry and general cleaning
• monitor residents
• serve meals and monitor residents during dining
• follow emergency procedures and maintain confidentiality.
