What you'll do

• Manage behavioral healthcare for Amae Health patients
• monitor care through treatment modalities as patients progress through recovery
• develop individualized treatment plans during engagement and stabilization
• provide regular consultations in person and occasionally virtually
• collaborate with patient care teams and behavioral health providers
• address medical needs that may affect recovery.
