What you'll do

• Respond to and resolve Epicor user support requests and document testing and observations
• build and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and reports
• perform supervised data maintenance and mass updates
• monitor scheduled processes and integrations and report failures
• test configurations, BPMs, customizations, and updates
• maintain user guides and training materials
• train end users
• document business requirements
• assist with user security, menu access, and account setup.
